Based on our experience, some purchasing manager or engineers does not have a knowledge for Coaxial connectors, Coaxial cables, RF passive components and RF data.In order to overcome this problem, they began the study by just memorizing the products, specification and products catalogues even they did not know the scientific theory and the applicable theory. Terms And Conditions
Acceptance of order
Orders received by email( sale@srtechnology.com ) or fax( +82 2 6280 9333 ) will be accepted and initially processed pending receipt of confirming purchase order. Orders accepted and processed by SRT may not be cancelled by Customer without the confirmation. Receipt of confirming purchase order is required no later than 7 days from the initial authorization to proceed. This acceptance is expressly conditioned on Customer’s assent to the terms set out here in lieu of those in customer’s purchase order.
Prices
All prices are in United States Dollars & Euro and are subject to change without notice prior to acceptance unless otherwise specifically stated. Prices will be as specified by SRT and will be applicable for the period specified in SRT's quotation. Prices are subject to change in the event of a change in SRT's costs or other circumstances beyond SRT's reasonable control. Prices exclude any sales, impositions, use, property or any other taxes imposed by any government authority. Such taxes will be added when applicable. The prices quoted exclude export or special packing or any compliance testing such as special environmental, vibration, life cycle, extreme temperature test, etc. unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of other charges : international shipping cost, broker's fees, bank fees, consular fees, document fees and import duties, such charges will be added when applicable.
Terms of payment
SRTechnology Corporate (SRT) is pleased to build a strong business relationship with any customer. Therefore, we can negotiate the payment term in the start of the business.
It is obvious that most supplier or manufacturer does not offer the credit payment term at the beginning. ( Mostly, suppliers may ask the customer payment term as Payment in advance.) Supplier may be doubt about a customer’s finance status and reliability. However, SRT is so proud of SRT’s product quality, production and quality management process and customer service so that SRT offers the payment term as Net 30 days at the beginning step. Customer doesn’t have to worry about who is SRT and SRT product’s quality. Customer can issue PO, get the goods within 1~2 weeks later and test the goods. The payment is the next step once Customer get the goods and is satisfied with SRT as a reliable business partner. Since SRT does much put emphasis on the relationship with Customer so that customer can try and test the goods & service ahead. Then, surely, customer should be satisfied with the work with SRT from the beginning of order process to the end of product received.
- All invoices are due and payable within the following payment term on the contract agreement.

Shipment Points
Unless otherwise specified, all sales are considered to be Ex Works South Korea, freight prepaid and billed and title passes to the Buyer upon delivery to carrier. Damage in shipment should be handled by the Buyer directly with the carrier. All shipments will normally be made by FEDEX, UPS, DHL, Air Freight. Unless otherwise specified by the Buyer, Seller will exercise his own discretion as to method of shipment.
SRT get about 65% price discount from Fedex Express so that SRT suggest the Buyer to use Federal Express by SRT account as long as the buyer does not have a preferred carrier. SRT shall invoice the competitive freight cost for the shipment upon the buyer's request.
Change Order and Cancellations
Change orders are considered to be in effect after both the Customer and SRT have reached a mutual agreement as to the effect of the change on price, delivery, or other conditions of the order. Cancellation of any accepted orders can be made only with the SRT’s written consent thereto and upon such terms as will satisfy all costs incurred by the SRT and its proportionate profit on work completed. SRT will attempt to progress any cancellation promptly. Items scheduled for production and shipment within three (3) days of the receipt of Customer’s notice of cancellation or rescheduling may not be terminated or rescheduled and must be accepted and paid for at the agreed upon prices.
Delivery
Delivery is based on the prevailing conditions at the time of quotation or orders. Agreements as to delivery are subject to contingencies of fire, accident or cause of delay beyond the control of SRT.

Warranty
This warranty is the extent of the obligation or liability assumed by SRT with respect to its products and no other warranty or guarantee is either expressed or implied. SRT warrants products of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal use. This warranty is the extent of the obligation or liability assumed by SRT, with respect to products, and no other warranty or guarantee is either expressed or implied.
Product Change
SRT reserves all rights of manufacture under its patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, including the right to make modifications to existing components and equipment specifications without prior notice.
Termination
In the event either party defaults in the performance of any material obligation and fails to cure such default within sixty days after receipt of written notice from the other party, then the non-defaulting party may terminate its performance and cancel this Agreement. Upon such termination, the terminating party may terminate any outstanding orders placed hereunder and cease all performance.
Assignment
Customer may not assign this Agreement, or any interest or right herein without the prior written consent of SRT.
General
The Terms and Conditions may not be modified or cancelled without SRT's written agreement. The Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea.
